Remembrance plaques are affixed to the walls surrounding the Garden, and often families choose to reserve spaces adjoining one another so that family plaques will be placed together.
We request payment to reserve a place in the Memorial Garden, as spaces are limited. At present, this amount is $500. This includes the plaque, administration and labour costs and all further funds are placed into the account held specifically for the on-going maintenance and care of this space. From mid-year 2025 we will be required to charge an additional Cemeteries and Crematorium Services Levy which we must collect on behalf of the independent Commission overseeing the operation of all such services.
